When season changes, the company will assign market supervisor to go to local places to guide the regulation of season-change shopwindow display and product exhibition.
3¡¢ Training support£ºThe company will provide meticulously and effective pre-training and regular training on such aspects as operation skills of the industry, reception skills of shop assistant,professional product knowledge, artistic arrangement of shop, market prediction, financial management (finance software is provided by the company), etc. Furthermore, the company will guarantee that there are two communication & training activities for franchisees each year.
4¡¢ Long-term and effective marketing guides£ºThe company will regularly assign professional marketing personnel to perform market diagnosis and properly adjust marketing strategy for clients, ensuring the good operation of franchise store and shortening investment recovery period. The company will be responsible for the following aspects: nationwide media propaganda and improving the popularity of Supai; planning the business starting propaganda and large-scale promotion activities of franchise house; planning the nationally unified promotion activities during operation; planning promotion and propaganda activities of single shop according to operation status of the shop, and assigning professional personnel to provide support and guide.
5¡¢ Warehouse goods treatment£º For the bad stock of clients, the company will timely help clients reduce stock through such methods as promotion and price adjustment or directly perform goods adjustment, trying to reduce the stock cost to minimum.

Contents of customers services
1¡¢ Order
a)Normal orders£ºFor all the orders received by the company before 16:00, goods delivery will be prepared at that day; for the orders received by the company after 16:00, goods delivery will be completed before 12:00 of the next day (except holidays). If there is difference in stock and payment, the company will communicate with clients timely and give feasibility scheme for reference.
b)Special orders£º30% deposit will be charged under the precondition that lead time, price and delivery time are confirmed. Goods status will be followed up, and goods will be delivered after the payment is paid off.
2¡¢ Delivery, return and adjustment of goods
The goods delivery status and the estimated date of arrival will be provided to receiving party on the next day after logistics delivery (except holidays),and arrival follow-up will be performed.Return of goods can be performed after distributor¡¯s application is approved. All the non-man-made quality problems will be transacted and an entry will be reserved.If the company¡¯s stock is insufficient and goods adjustment is demanded by salable market, the Department of Commerce will collect the stock information of each market and coordinate goods adjustment and account adjustment.
3¡¢ Recommendation of new pattern
Perform the analysis to clients on the buy points, price of new pattern and the sales skills. And the new pattern will be sent to clients within the shortest period.
4¡¢ Check account
The detailed check sheet will be faxed to all distributors from 1st-10th day of each month, and assist financial personnel in checking account.
5¡¢ Information sharing
Collect the information on stock, price and sales and bright points of operation, and distribute them to distributors in the form of commercial communication.
6¡¢ Complaint
if there are records on complaint and there is follow-up treatment. The feedback information will be timely given to the complaining party.
